Tennis Picks from Quarter Finals Rome and 2 other Active Tournaments

Maximo Gonzalez vs Andre Ghem @ 10:00 GMT

Tip: Over 21.50 games in full event 6/10 stake

Today we have a match between Ghem and Gonzalez in the tounrmsnet on the clay court surface.

Gonzalez managed to recover and beat the In form player monteiro who was tired
Ghem has not dropped a set yet and the last meetings between the 2 players have produced games over 21.5 and most of them have been 3 sets and we can’t see this ending in 2 sets as both are strong enough to take a set against each other but ghem has the slight advantage. So take the overs in this math up between these 2 players

Lucas Pouille vs Juan Monaco @ 11:00 GMT

Tip: 1 8/10 stake

These two have met twice before with each taking a match. Pouille won the most recent match on clay in two sets even though he was a huge underdog at 3.75 odds. Pouille is yet again the underdog but this time with more even odds of 2.20.

Everyone watched how Monaco turned around a one set deficit to the world number 4 – Stan Wawrinka and won the hearts of the crowd. But what they failed to see is Wawrinka’s lack of will to play and his eagerness to go home. The same can be said about Pouille’s last opponent – Ferrer but at least Pouille finished him off in two sets.

Both players should be extremely hungry to win this as they see it as a tremendous chance to reach the Semi-Finals and it will most likely be a close game.

All of this being said I feel like Juan Monaco’s career has seen its best days and is in decline as he is aged 32, while Pouille is France’s next potential star at 22.

If Pouille plays a good mental and serve game (which he usually does and displayed best against Ferrer yesterday) he should be able to see off Monaco fairly easily.

Timea Bacsinszky vs Garbine Muguruza @ 11:00 GMT

Tip: Over 20.50 games in full event 8/10 stake

Quarter finals between the Swiss Timea Bacsinszky who is currently ranked 10th and Garbine Murguruza who is ranked 4th and we think over 20.5 games is a very choice and between these two we expect at least 1 long set with over 10.5 games.

Given that Bacszinky is in really good form these days, I wouldn’t be surprised if she wins a set from Garbine. They have played 3 matches all last year in 2015 and all of them were over 20.5 games, twice two sets with one long set, and once a 3 set match. Over is a good choice as we expect an close match.

Steve Darcis vs Bjorn Fratangelo @ 11:30 GMT

Tip: 1 6/10 stake

ATP – Bordeaux Challenger – France – clay courts. Match between Steve Darcis versus Bjorn Fratangelo.

Bjorn Fratangelo is the slight favorite here, he ranks nr 116th in the ATP and so far this year he has a record of 11 – 3 on the clay courts.

Steve Darcis ranks nr 177 th in the ATP and so far this year he is 2 – 0 on clay courts.
The veteran Darcis has not played much lately but looked ok here at Bordeaux in rounds 1 and 2 and i think he will manage another win today.

Carlos Berlocq vs Jozef Kovalik @ 12:00 GMT

Tip: Over 21.50 games in full event 8/10 stake

Challenger Single Heillborn Germany, indoor clay, quarter finals, first match of the day and maybe the most interesting, Carlos Berlocq will face Slovakian Jozef Kovalik.

Kovalik is 127th on ATP list but we must notice that his game has progressed a lot. Very good clay season so far, and thing are going to improve for this guy even better in future.

But on the other side is Berlocq, Argentinian typical clay player, lost final last week in France, and one of the main favourite to win this tournament. Berlocq is better player than Kovalik but I dont expect to see an easy win for him.

David Goffin vs Andy Murray @ 13:00 GMT

Tip: Full event will end 0 – 2 6/10 stake

What a performance by Goffin yesterday. Dude was absolutely on fire but at the same time Berdych was useless and clueless. There is no way a player with his ability should lose 6-0, 6-0 against Goffin. Djokovic almost double bageled him in Beijing last fall. We could get it Nole thrashing him but not Goffin.

Naturally, Goffin doesn’t get much love from oddsmakers prior his meeting with Murray and rightly so. Andy can be lazy, can be a clown but surely won’t get beat by David. Goffin is very over matched here.

Murray has better defense than Birdman, and will do a lot more. Maybe there will be one close set, maybe not. Murray is 3-0 against Goffin and 8-0 in sets. The best Goffin has done in any of those sets is to win 5 games.

*This is high risk prediction from today’s list of tennis picks. Basically all the of the tennis picks which are predicted with possible correct score in sets are high risk.

Nikoloz Basilashvili vs Igor Sijsling @ 13:00 GMT

Tip: 2 8/10 stake

Atp – Heillbronn Challenger 2 – Germany – clay courts. Match between Nikoloz Basilashvili versus Igor Sijling.

Igor Sijling ranks nr 124th in the ATP and is 5 – 4 on clay courts.

Nikoloz Basilashvili ranks nr 125 th in the ATP and so far this year he is 3 – 3 on the clay courts. Neither player is a great clay courtier so this match could actually go either way but we think Sijling has looked better here at Heilbronn, won both matches in straight sets and we think he manages to win today s match too.

*This is a medium risk prediction from today’s list of tennis picks.

Vasek Pospisil vs Pablo Cuevas @ 14:00 GMT

Tip: 2 8/10 stake

Novak Djokovic vs Rafael Nadal @ 14:30 GMT

Tip: Rafael Nadal will win in 1st set 6/10 stake

In this match we expect that Rafael Nadal to win 1st set against Novak Djokovic and that will be our tip.

Nadal won in the last round 2:1 against Nick Kyrgios even he lost first set in the tie break, while Djokovic won Tomas Belucci 2:1, and he lost first set 6:0.

Novak Djokovic is a huge favorite to win this match but we think that here, Nadal can win 1st set, because Novak need a time to start play well. Nadal is a king of clay, this is his favorite surface and we think that he can play very well in 1st set.

Serena Williams vs Svetlana Kuznetsova @ 18:30 GMT

Tip: 1 9/10 stake

For this prediction of today’s tennis picks we don’t need an analysis, the names of the players in this match explain a lot.

Dominic Thiem vs Kei Nishikori @ 20:00 GMT

Tip: Over 22.50 games in full event 7/10 stake

Their head to head record was 1-0 for Kei Nishikori, it happened Halle 2015 which is ended 76 75.

Dominic Thiem had 7 won in last 10 matches and 16/4 record on clay; While on the other side, Kei Nishikori had 8 won in last 10 matches, with 9/2 record on clay.

Dominic Thiem defeated Dolgopolov (in 3 sets), J.Sousa (62 63) and Roger Federer (76 64) previously; Whilst Kei Nishikori defeated Troicki (in 3 sets) and Gasquet (61 64) previously.

Referring to those statistics, bookmakers put Kei Nishikori as favorite at around 1.50 odds. This is the most interesting match of the day, since we have both brilliant and consistent players lately.

Thiem surely a clayer player, he looks comfort played in this surface, even Federer was his victim; whilst Nishikori was a most tough player during 2016 in our opinion. It must be more than 23 games produces here, and 3 sets is very possibly happen.

You should note that all of these tennis picks are predicted and analyzed from different tipsters, that’s why there is a difference in the approach and the language.
